Connected Vs. Disconnected
We always talk a lot about being connected to ourselves and disconnected from ourselves in our episodes; but In this episode, we dig deeper into what we mean when we say that.
Oftentimes we view being connected to ourselves as being perfect and free of pain, but that is the furthest from the truth. Everyone is either connected or disconnected from their authentic selves. We were made for connection. Disconnecting from yourself may seem like the best thing in order to “protect” yourself, but you are likely just causing more damage.
