Understanding Your Triggers
Let’s talk about TRIGGERS! We see “TRIGGER WARNING” alot, and that can cause us to avoid whatever feelings we would potentially experience if we were to continue to be exposed by that trigger. Instead of letting our triggers influence us to runaway, we can take our power back and gain an understanding and identify why it is affecting us. Once we get self-aware of where that trigger is rooted in, we can actually allow that trigger to guide us into healing & freedom.
